Cold Storage Dock Doors for a Seafood Plant

Customer Challenge

A seafood processor faced ice buildup and condensation around its loading docks at -18 C.

Our Solution

We installed 80 mm insulated sectional doors with heated frames, thermal breaks and PVC strip curtain combos on 12 docks.

Results

Condensation disappeared, dock temperature stability improved and energy consumption for refrigeration fell measurably.
