A frozen food plant needed fast doors on internal freezer corridors where vapour barriers and sub-zero air had to stay separated.

Our Solution

We supplied insulated fast doors with heated guides and anti-freeze control logic, tested through a winter commissioning period.

Results

The corridors keep their temperature profile through continuous shifts and defrost cycles no longer interrupt production flow.
